How it works
Find help. Make a plan. Move forward.
Disaster Master helps you find restoration companies and organize your next conversations.
Start with your location and the help you need.
Browse the national directory without an account. Search by company name, city, or service area. Use filters for states served, restoration services, property types, and client types.
Open a company profile to review its services, experience, availability, contact details, and optional company brochure. Contact the contractor directly to discuss your property. A search, shortlist, or support request does not hire a contractor or dispatch a crew.
The emergency-service filter shows companies that say they offer emergency restoration. Call to confirm current availability and service hours. It does not guarantee an immediate response.
Browse the contractor directoryAsk the questions that matter before you hire.
Ask what the company can do for your specific property, when it can respond, and who will supervise the work. Discuss a written scope, documentation, payment terms, and how changes will be approved.
Services, qualifications, licensing, and insurance details are self-reported. Check license information with the relevant issuing authority and request current insurance documentation directly. A state listed in a profile describes a service area, not proof of a license.
Directory membership, a verified account email, and member thumbs up do not certify a contractor’s qualifications or guarantee a result. The contractor selection guide provides a practical question list.
Use an account in the way that works for you.
Anyone can create a free account to save contractor lists, manage private contacts, and give member thumbs up. You do not need to own a restoration business or publish a profile.
Sign up with your name, email address, and password. Open the verification link in your email before logging in. If the email is missing, check spam and the spelling of your address, then use Resend Verification Email on the login page. Contact site support if delivery still fails.
Restoration business owners and authorized representatives can open My business profile. Enter the business name, contact information, service areas, and restoration capabilities. Add a company photo or logo, self-reported credentials, and an optional PDF brochure.
Your profile starts as a private draft. Saving it does not make it public. Choose Publish profile when it is ready; you can edit or unpublish it later. Keep customer names, property addresses, insurance documents, and private project information out of public profiles.
Member thumbs up help organize the directory.
Verified accounts can give one thumbs up per public profile and remove it later. Matching results with more thumbs up appear first. A thumbs up is a member recommendation, not a credential check or guarantee. The directory has no star ratings or written reviews.
Practical guidance when you need it.
The water damage guides cover first steps, contractor selection, drying, documentation, and prevention. They link to authoritative sources and help you prepare better questions.
Page help explains the site’s signup, profiles, search, and sharing tools. For account or listing problems, send a support request. Do not include passwords, verification links, or private project documents. Site support is not an emergency response service.
