  1. Review the business category and contact details on the profile. Contact details and services may have changed.
  2. New business imports need a usable U.S. phone number and source information consistent with an operating business. Permanently or temporarily closed businesses and unknown operating status stay out of public imports pending review. Closed for the day is not the same as business closure.
  3. Unknown service areas, client types, credentials, insurance and availability remain unconfirmed. A source address does not establish a service area.
  4. Imported listings are not registered members and do not receive member thumbs up. Source ratings and collected email addresses are not displayed as endorsements or public contact details.
  5. You can include a published imported listing in a shortlist. Its unclaimed label stays visible to recipients; sharing it does not hire or recommend the business.
  6. If you own or represent the business, open its profile and choose Claim this listing. Sign in with an email-verified account and explain how an administrator can independently confirm your authority.
  7. A pending claim does not grant editing access. An administrator must verify your authority and approve it. Check My listing claims for the result; claim notification emails are not sent. Each account can manage one public profile.
  8. Approval keeps the existing profile address. You can then edit the business information and add a logo, tagline, cover photo and gallery. Ownership review does not certify the business or its qualifications.
  9. For corrections or removal, use site support and include the business name and profile link. Do not send passwords or private claim documents.
